GENERAL FUNCTION
The EyeMed Operations Program focuses on client operational support post-implementation. Students will rotate between Commercial and Strategic Partners learning the cross-functional nature of Operation Service Managers. This includes being apart/leading projects, conducting client data root cause analysis, understanding the operational processes/systems with a view of continuous improvement, and supporting client growth opportunities by partnering with the Account Managers.
* There is potential for a full-time job opportunity following successful completion of the internship program and college graduation.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the post-implementation operational support of operations issue resolution.
- Participate in Operation Service duties such as assisting in invoice and reporting requests, claims projects, membership inquiries and much more.
- Analyze, report, and drive for resolution of membership, billing, and claims processing issues.
- Participate in client meetings (internal & external) to ensure an understanding of client needs and provide operational guidance.
- Work with EyeMed teams across different business segments including small-to-midsize, national, and strategic partnership.
- Maintain a working knowledge of EyeMed systems, including facets, CRM, and EyeManage.
- Manages specific client operational projects; defines the scope; creates project timeline with defined key deliverables; negotiates and completes business requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Seeking a degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or a related field of study.
- Available for the full 10-week program, 40 hours per week.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required on the first day of employment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to create and manage relationships over telephone or email.
- Ability to embrace change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous internship or work experience in similar functions/business units.
- Leadership roles on campus and/or community involvement.
- Study abroad or international exposure.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
