Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Extrusion Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a leading player in the industry, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products to our clients. Responsibilities:

Operate extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
Set up and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Monitor the production process to identify and resolve any issues or defects that may arise.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and make necessary adjustments as required.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure its optimal functioning.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for future reference.
Continuously improve and optimize the extrusion process to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Extrusion Operator in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience operating extrusion machinery and performing machine setups and adjustments.
Strong understanding of extrusion processes and equipment, including print capabilities.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
