Express Service Advisor
Wendle Motors in Spokane, WA is seeking an Express ServiceAdvisor to join our Service Team. The Express Service Advisor is someone who can develop rapport with our guests, provide knowledgeable guidance, and who can be a key player in the dealership by fostering positive customer relationships. This individual is friendly, and professional and helps identify, confirm, and offer resolution to customers. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is goal-driven and wants to control their own success story.
Pay:
- This position pays $20.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience plus commission.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting service customers in a welcoming way that builds trust.
- Addressing customer's questions/needs promptly and professionally.
- Taking service calls to schedule appointments, answer questions, etc.
- Advising customers of estimated service costs and reviewing details of service/repair invoices to ensure their understanding of all services provided.
- Determining progress of repair/service orders and informing customers accordingly.
- Reviewing results of customer satisfaction surveys with Service Managers.
- Ensuring comprehensive re-delivery check of vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, and that all items identified for service/repair have been carried out appropriately and on schedule.
- Maintaining service records by keeping accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and recommendations for future visits, enabling a personalized service experience.
- Promoting additional services by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services, accessories, or maintenance packages that benefit both the customer and the business.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Sense of urgency.
- Typing - ability to type efficiently.
- Mathematics - ability to calculate service costs and count change.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems.
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services are a plus.
