WHAT DO YOU DO?
As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing service orders and managing the flow of Drive Lane.
- Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction remains high.
- Assisting in diagnosing vehicle problems and overseeing administration of warranty claims.
- Collaborating with upper management to make service department decisions.
