Experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney Needed!
A well-established Chicago workers' compensation firm needs an Experienced Associate Attorney. We're searching for accomplished candidates with prior experience litigating workers' compensation cases, a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate will engage with workers, employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators to achieve swift case resolution. This is an exceptional opportunity for emerging associate attorneys eager to advance their career with a competitive salary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in workers' compensation or related areas.
- Proficiency in developing effective case strategies and negotiating favorable settlements.
- Proven track record of managing multiple cases from intake to resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team, effectively prioritizing competing demands.
- Strong knowledge and comprehension of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing with the Illinois Bar.
- More experienced attorneys with a portable book of businesss will receive special consideration.
- Mostly plaintiff work but will be some defense.
