Animal Dermatology Group (ADG) is the largest veterinary dermatology business in the U.S., providing the highest quality of specialty care to pets with acute and chronic skin conditions. Animal Dermatology & Allergy, a member of Animal Dermatology Group, is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist) to join our reception team. We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

Duties (including but not limited to):

• Client service
• Answer phone calls
• Take accurate messages and book appointments
• Maintain charts and computer records
• Pharmacy and retail sales
• Marketing implementation
• Maintenance/housekeeping
• Financial responsibilities

Education and Physical Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have experience working in the public (ie: restaurant, retail or service business)
• Receptionist experience is required
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor's office is a plus
• Dependable attendance is required
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
