About the Role:
As a Traffic Signal Superintendent, you will be the go-to leader ensuring the smooth
execution of projects from start to finish. You’ll act as the vital link between the Project Manager, crews, contractors, and site representatives. With your expertise, you’ll make sure that everything is done safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee and manage all aspects of traffic signal projects, from planning to completion.
● Lead crews and ensure they meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.
● Maintain equipment, ensure proper inventory, and guarantee availability of supplies.
● Participate in project startup meetings, monitor progress, and prepare safety and activity
reports.
● Ensure all team members are up-to-date with required certifications and training.
● Ensure site operations meet safety standards and comply with company policies.
● Resolve issues swiftly by collaborating with the Project Manager.
What You Bring to the Table:
● Supervisory Experience (2+ years in a Foreman role required)
● 7+ years of relevant trade experience (preferred)
● CDL A with a clean driving record (preferred)
● IMSA certification and Traffic Signal Tech Levels I/II experience
● Strong understanding of electrical systems, including highway lighting, intelligent
transportation systems (ITS), and roadway signing
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
● Experience in crew management and safety compliance
Compensation and Perks:
● Competitive salary starting at $75K+ based on experience

Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling,
climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly. You’ll also need to remain focused while working indiverse conditions.
