Pay: Up to $32.00/hr. + Spiffs & Bonus

Benefits: Medical, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Company Uniform, Insurance Stipend

Work Hours: 8:00am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday; evenings & weekends as needed; on-call rotation required

Position Summary: To provide service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Required Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug and background screen
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician
• Journeyman's license for the city of Grand Island or Hastings (or willingness to obtain in 6 months)
• Certification of HVAC technical school preferred
• EPA Certification
• NATE Certification preferred
• Follow directions as given
• Possesses both written and verbal English language skills
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repairs and replace decisions
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Be able to lift 70 pounds

This position is in the Tri-Cities area in Nebraska.
