Come work with us as a Service Technician, performing diagnoses and repairs in all areas. OEM Certification Required - Ford certified is a plus but not required.
Our busy, full service automotive shop is hiring. We are looking for a solid, reliable, and honest technician to take us to the next level. We have a great atmosphere and amazing benefits. You must be mature and looking to grow in your career as a technician. We run a very organized operation and do not like chaos. Chaos costs all of us money. - Our top performing techs make $130,000.00 annually; with the team averaging over $80,000.00
- We pay an additional 5.00 per hour for warranty work
- All specialty tools provided
- A Monday through Friday work week, with the option of working 4x10's

What you will bring:
- Five Years or more as an OEM Certified Technician
- Vehicle knowledge
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license

- Maintain Service Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and recommendations for future visits, enabling a personalized service experience.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends, service technologies, and dealership promotions to better assist customers.
- Ensure Clean and Organized Workspace: Keep your workspace tidy and organized, contributing to an overall positive and professional atmosphere in the service department.

- Meet Performance Targets: Strive to achieve performance goals and metrics related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and revenue generation.
