Responsibilities
Who Develops You: Team Lead, Director of Sales or Sales Agent
What You’re Great At:
You are excellent at building rapport, delivering service, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting, hunting for opportunities and lead generation are your strength zones. You are a problem solver, can overcoming objections naturally and enjoy serving the client. You are a strong communicator, following through is a non-negotiable and you have a winning attitude to help the clients to the finish line.
What you’ll do:
- Execute daily real estate lead generation activities to create a habit of success
- Executing and working in your cutting edge CRM database daily
- Commit to Host (2) open houses regularly minimum
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in daily Skilling up your conversations per team standards to convert appointments
- Participate in weekly and monthly team activities - per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call to elevate your mindset
- Practice and deliver Buyer consultations, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify and hunt for homes that fit their needs
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Track activities, report your numbers with PLACE Technology systems and tools to enhance your career and know your numbers
- Commit to previewing homes to learn and understand home values
Qualifications
Skills You Have:
- Licensed real estate sales professional
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive/Growth-minded & learning based
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
- Interpret Data & Use to educate your clients
