Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads promptly, ideally within 24 hours
• Host open houses for team property listings to leverage your experience
• Provide expert advice to buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
• Negotiate purchase offers skillfully on behalf of both sellers and buyers
• Use Brivity Technology to efficiently monitor tasks and activities
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly in-person team meetings to share insights and strategies
• Attend at least 75% of team events annually to build relationships and network
• Demonstrate comprehensive market knowledge and expertise to effectively serve clients

Qualifications

- Self-motivated with a competitive drive

- Adept at building rapport with clients and nurturing relationships

- Proven expertise in prospecting and lead generation

- NYS Real Estate License

- 2+ years of Real Estate Experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Growth-oriented with a strong desire to learn

- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills

- Open to learning and practicing scripts and objection handling techniques
