Experienced Quality Control Technician - Flextrude

SCOPE/SUMMARY:

Training and instructions will be given to ensure the employee knows how to ensure the Extruded Aluminum has been produced to the correct specifications: the correct length, the correct color, the correct size, and has no issues with the Quality of the Product.

The employee will be given goals for housekeeping, safety, quality, Complete On Time Delivery and production goals.

Training and instructions will be given to ensure that the employee follows all company policies, practices and procedures in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Ensure the Extruded Aluminum is produced to the correct specifications
• Ensure quality standards are being met
• Display flexibility and motivation to work in various departments of the plant as needed
• Get involved in other duties including cleanup and inventory counts.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Must have had at least three years of experience working in Quality Control for a Manufacturing Company.

Working experience in a manufacturing production operation preferred.

Experience working safely in a team oriented environment preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, employees are required to stand for up to 12 hours per shift
