Mallard Plumbing & Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water, gas, and sewer lines.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions for repair and maintenance.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Install fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, and water heaters according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain plumbing issues and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects on time.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients.
- A minimum of 8,000 working hours with a plumbing company.
- Journeyman license preferred, but open to candidates willing to obtain their license.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
