- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential plumbing problems.
- Replace or repair damaged pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Work with various pipe materials, including PVC, copper, and galvanized steel.
- Change gas and electric water heaters, including tankless models.
- Install and repair garbage disposals.
- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
- Carry out minor construction tasks, such as carpentry and painting.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or tenants.
- Manage and prioritize work orders and maintenance requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing and general maintenance.
- Licensing: Valid plumbing license and any other relevant certifications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using plumbing and maintenance tools and equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically to resolve issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to quality.
- Veteran or Former Law Enforcement Officer Preferred: We highly value the experience and discipline brought by individuals with backgrounds in military or law enforcement.
