Job Type: Full Time; in the office.
Salary: Compensation is competitive in the market, based on your skills and experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
*Pleading and correspondence intake.
*Daily file management.
*Trial preparation including compilation of trial binders, exhibits, and filings.
*Calendar and schedule maintenance with particular attention to calculation of court deadlines.
*Preparation of legal documents such as pleadings, settlement agreements, discovery, documents for mediation, deposition and trial.
*Legal research including statute analyses, case law research, and and jury verdict searches.
*Evidence compilation including record searches, discovery, transcript and medical record review and summary.
*State and Federal court e-Filing.
The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated team player with a positive attitude willing to perform multiple duties assisting paralegals and attorneys. Position may require occasional weekend or evening hours when preparing for trial. Attention to detail a must.
