We are seeking skilled and dependable Experienced Painters to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing surfaces to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and removing old paint.
- Fill holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers.
- Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for topcoats.
- Apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim.
- Utilize brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to apply finishes.
- Clean and maintain equipment and tools.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a professional painter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of painting experience.
- Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights and in various conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full - Time
- Starting hourly wage at $22 to $28 per hour, based on experience.
