ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer at KBishop Funding, you'll leverage your expertise to independently source leads, build client relationships, and guide borrowers through the mortgage process. This is not an entry-level position; we're looking for motivated self-starters with an active MLO license and a desire to make an immediate impact.
Your responsibilities:
- Proactively source your own leads and close mortgage loans with efficiency and professionalism.
- Actively engage with potential and existing clients, offering high-standard, personalized mortgage guidance.
- Represent the company at community events and meet personally with clients to offer dedicated and expert mortgage advice.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance your strategies based on client feedback to increase overall satisfaction and effectiveness.
90-Day Objectives:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our range of mortgage products and the overall home-buying process.
- Develop effective strategies for managing leads and nurturing client relationships.
- Become proficient in utilizing our CRM system to track client interactions and streamline processes.
Working Environment:
- This full-time remote position allows you to work from anywhere.
- Customize your working hours to align with peak productivity periods, including scheduling necessary face-to-face interactions with clients.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Active NMLS License: Applicants must hold a current MLO license in WA, AZ, CO, TX, GA, or FL.
- Active NMLS License: Applicants must hold a current NMLS license in good standing to qualify for this position.
- Proven Sales Track Record: A solid history of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated success in sourcing leads and closing loans – this is not for entry-level or newly licensed professionals.

- Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate complex mortgage details in an understandable manner.
