Are you a highly motivated and experienced reservationist/dispatcher with a passion for the luxury ground transportation industry? If so, we want to hear from you!

Corporate Coaches, a family-owned and operated luxury ground transportation provider since 1998, is seeking experienced reservationists/dispatchers to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in the black car/limousine service sector who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Take reservations for black car service
• Answer questions about limousine services
• Book passenger transportation for VIPs
• Liaise with hotel personnel to coordinate client pickups
• Track vehicles and drivers using GPS technology
• Manage vehicle and driver availability
• Dispatch drivers for their jobs
• Send driver confirmations via email
• Update driver and job statuses in limousine software
• Add new jobs into the system
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Troubleshoot transportation issues (flight delays, traffic, etc.)
• Monitor incoming flights on FlightAware.com

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a reservationist/dispatcher in the black car/limousine industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Proficiency with GPS tracking and limousine software
• Familiarity with FlightAware.com or similar flight tracking tools
