• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing, billing, and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Execute journal entries and reconcile accounts to maintain data integrity and precision.
• Provide backup support for payroll operations and assist with processing company commissions.
• Lead paperless process improvement initiatives within AR/AP to enhance workflows and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with expertise in Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a drive for improving financial processes.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
