Position Summary: To provide service, maintenance, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Work hours: 40+ per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as required
Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour depending on experience + bonuses! Our top technicians are making over $100k yearly!

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience is preferred, but we will consider all levels
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- NATE Certified is highly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, spec sheets, and instructions
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience repairing and replacing decisions
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
