We're expanding and looking for HVAC Service Technicians with 1-5 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow with us. Pay Range: $60,000 to $100,000+ annual compensation, based on experience and performance

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements
• Educate customers on system operations and maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of services performed
• Adhere to all safety standards and company procedures

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of HVAC experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, soft skills, and customer service abilities
• Licenses and certifications are preferred, but not required
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
