Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM, with added flexibility for weekends and overtime if desired.

As our Experienced HVAC Service Manager at Hope Plumbing, you'll ensure smooth operations and top-notch HVAC service. Each day, you strategize with your team, setting goals for growth and excellence. You oversee service technicians, ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standards while driving revenue and maintaining customer satisfaction. By acquiring materials for upcoming projects, you manage resources effectively and keep the department running seamlessly. Every decision you make impacts the team's success, and every accomplishment feels like a win for everyone.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Knowledge of HVAC
• 4+ years of experience in HVAC
• Active or previously licensed in HVAC, S-1 or S-2 licensure
• Customer service skills (preferred)
• Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills (preferred)
• Track record of growth for individual and company (preferred)
