Hours we are offering:

Monday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Tuesday: Remote Phone Answering via Mobile App 

Wednesday: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

Thursday: Remote Phone Answering via Mobile App 

Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Sunday: Off

This position is full-time, starting 4 days a week with the opportunity to increase to 6 days a week. We are looking for someone who has great people skills and is comfortable with technology. Our office offers comprehensive General, Cosmetic, Invisalign, and Implant Treatment.

Essential Functions

• Answering phone calls with a smile to welcome new and current patients to our practice
• Proficient with verifying patient insurance
• Creating treatment plans - scheduling the appropriate order of recommended treatments and managing patient insurance to ensure sufficient coverage
• Collecting payment and discussing financials with patients, including creating in-house payment plans

Technology, Skills, & Certifications

• CPR Certification required
• Previous Dental Front Desk Experience Required
• Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but not required
• Experience with dental 3rd party lending software is a plus, but not required
• Experience in clear aligner therapy and implants is a plus, but not required
