We are seeking an experienced full-time or part-time receptionist for a busy, fun-loving animal hospital. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, excels at multitasking, and pays great attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phone calls and booking appointments

Updating medical records and managing emails/faxes

Providing exceptional customer service in a six-doctor practice

Schedule options include Sundays and alternating Saturdays, with weekday shifts from 7:45 am to 8 pm. Weekend hours are 8 am to 4 pm.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Experience as a veterinary receptionist (1 year required)

Computer skills; Cornerstone software experience is a plus

Ability to stand for long periods

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
