All Blue Services LLC seeks an experienced Electrician / Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the safe operation of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, a valid electrician's license, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. Candidates with a background in the military or law enforcement are highly preferred, and a high level of professionalism and adherence to safety protocols is required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance, repair, and installation tasks in residential and commercial settings.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical issues, identify faulty components, and implement effective solutions to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Installation: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and other electrical components.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of electrical systems.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and electrical codes to ensure a safe working environment for clients and team members.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used, time spent, and any follow-up actions required.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, contributing to a supportive and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.
Licensure: Valid electrician's license.
Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
Tools: Ability to use various hand and power tools related to electrical work.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Reliability: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Veteran or Former Law Enforcement Officer Preferred: Experience in military or law enforcement is highly valued.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Professionalism: Must represent All Blue Services LLC in a responsible and professional manner at all times.
