$25.16 to $29.60 per REGULAR TIME hour (based on experience)
$37.74 to $44.40 per OVERTIME hour [anything past 8 hours in a day is automatic overtime] (based on experience)

Brooks Construction Company, Inc. is seeking individuals with experience working with Excavation, Grading, or Pipe Installation. Brooks Construction is looking to hire individuals experienced with any of the following:
Dirt & Pipe Laborer (including Grade Checking, Pipe Top or Bottom Men, General Shoveling)
Excavator Operators
Dozer Operators
Grader Operators Rubber Tire Loader Operators
Skid Loader Operators Dirt Compactor Operators Stone Roller Operators
Dirt or Pipe Foreman
Experienced Dirt/Pipe/Prep/Site Development Workers - Assists in mass excavation, fine grading, stone installation and the placement of underground pipe, including sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and water lines. Loads and unloads various supplies and structures. May manually carry and place materials or assist in the mechanical placement of dirt, stone, pipe, and structures (cast iron grates, manholes, etc.). Placement may involve shoveling stone and soil. Manually mixes mortar. May work below ground-level installing pipe, digging, and/or mortaring pipe joints, as needed. May help set-up automated machine control total stations or base stations. Operates vibratory compaction equipment. Performs other miscellaneous duties, as directed.

Team members must perform duties on a Brooks Construction jobsite in a safe, efficient, and proper manner to achieve a quality finished product. May perform traffic control (flagging) duties as required. May place and pick up traffic control materials (cones, barrels, etc.) as needed. Must perform other miscellaneous duties, as directed.
Qualifications may include:
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and long hours/extensive overtime (sunrise to sunset) when necessary (often with little or no notice)
- Must have reliable transportation with the ability and willingness to travel to and from job sites up to a 70 mile radius from our office (at the employee's expense)
- Must be willing to abide by our Drug Free & Alcohol Free Workplace policies
- Must be able to work outdoors in all seasons and all weather conditions (including rain, snow, extreme heat or cold, water, mud, dust, etc.)
