Responsibilities

Vehicle Movement: Drive and manage the transport of vehicles on and off the lot, ensuring that dealership presentation standards are upheld.

Lot Maintenance: Keep the dealership premises clean and orderly, including organizing vehicle displays and maintaining a clear, safe environment for both visitors and staff.

Customer Interaction: Greet clients upon arrival, offering assistance and ensuring a welcoming experience at the dealership.

Support Services: Assist the service department by moving vehicles to and from service areas, ensuring a seamless process for service operations.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage vehicle keys and inventory, maintaining accurate records for optimal dealership operation.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to support daily operations and enhance overall dealership efficiency.

Miscellaneous Tasks: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the smooth functioning of the dealership.

Experience: Previous experience working as a porter in a dealership or similar environment is preferred.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.

Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.

Driver's License: A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Safety Awareness: Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in an automotive environment.
