We are seeking a skilled and experienced craftsman with a passion for residential remodeling. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing. You will be responsible for executing various remodeling tasks, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Remodeling Tasks: Perform a broad range of remodeling tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and finishing.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Tool Utilization: Use a variety of tools and equipment to perform job tasks efficiently and safely.
Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from clients professionally.
Professional Development: Continuously seek ways to improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential remodeling.
Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other related trades.
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
