About the Job
Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Concrete demolition - cut, saw, core drill and remove concrete using demolition tools such as core drills, wall saws, flat saws, handsaws, rig saws, wire saws and compressor tools
- Inspect and maintain all company equipment; safe operation, cleanliness and general maintenance of vehicles, diamond blades, flat saws, core drills, wall saws, jackhammers and small tools.
- Mentor trainees
Travel: Possible travel to other regional locations if necessary
Position Requirements
Requirements:
- Safety oriented/safety conscious
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience cutting concrete for a concrete cutting company
- 2-5 years years of experience working in a construction company
- Equipment experience: Proficiency in any or all of the following diamond or demolition tools: wall saw, core drill, flat saw, handsaws, ring saws and/or compressor tools
- Bobcat, backhoe or related equipment experience a plus
- Self-motivation, a strong work ethic and willingness to work in challenging conditions (rain, cold, heat, etc.).
- Ability to enter/track hours and daily notes using a tablet or phone app
- Solid mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills

- Be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license and have a good driving history
- Must have steel toe leather work boots
- Must have relaible transportation
- Able to lift and move 45lbs or more
