Job Title: EXPERIENCED Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (LBA, BCBA) Location: New Bern, NC Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year We are seeking a dedicated BCBA for full-time ABA therapy and student supervision. Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement and monitor ABA interventions

Supervise and mentor BCBA students and RBTs

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications:

Current LBA and BCBA certification

Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience

Strong communication and leadership skills
