Job Summary:
Frank Kent Motor Company, a premier automotive dealership located in Arlington, Texas, is seeking an Experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary ranging from $42,000 to $300,000 per year, paid semimonthly. This position offers the opportunity to work with top brands in the auto industry and to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Conduct professional and knowledgeable vehicle presentations to customers
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals
• Manage a pipeline of leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Assist customers with the vehicle purchase process, including test drives, financing options, and trade-in evaluations
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on current auto industry trends, products, and pricing
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Knowledge of vehicle features, capabilities, and specifications
• Proficient in using technology and CRM tools
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to work weekends and some evenings as necessary
