Requirements:

• Prior apartment community maintenance experience preferred
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work after-hours emergency maintenance on-call rotation
