The Siri Allstate Insurance Agency is seeking top producers to join our team! Our well established, growing, local Allstate agency is seeking Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Representatives who are ready to launch their sales career to the next level.
If you are someone that is a TOP PRODUCER, (can prove selling 40+ items / month) that has a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, and a DESIRE TO BE PART OF A WINNING TEAM, then we want to talk to YOU!
As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to both new and existing customers. Helping individuals and families secure their tomorrows and protect them from the unexpected is our mission.

We currently are seeking candidates who can work full time in our Johns Creek, GA Agency.
Total Compensation Package Includes: Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities = Range: $40,000.00 - $90,000+ per year NO CAP COMMISSIONS sell more, earn more!

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Make outbound calls to provided qualified warm leads
Recommend tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer
Document and notate your work as required
Manage and organize a sales pipeline
Requirements
Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED
Ability to work full time from our Johns Creek, GA Agency Location REQUIRED
Previous insurance experience in a captive agency setting (Allstate Preferred)
Proven sales track record must provide reports or references to verify sales production
Have a competitive desire to succeed
Dependability, and accountability is a MUST
Be open to coaching, participate in team meetings, and learn WITH US
Ability to stay disciplined in an independent work environment
Self starters with a sense of urgency to get the job done right
