Responsibilities:This position is 100% in person in our Denver, CO office. Responsiblities: - Answer phones for multiple offices over a centralized calling system, monitor fax lines, and centralized voice-mails- Monitor and manage the front desk, greet clients and vendors- Schedule conference rooms, handle hospitality arrangements and assist with local events, order and restock supplies, manage incoming and outgoing mail, enter firm expenses and daily deposit of receivables- Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment- Develop and demonstrate a general knowledge of the firm's products and services- Produce high quality work in compliance with work processing guidelines and firm standards- Assist other administrative staff and overflow work as neededKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Qualifications:- Requires a High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience- Requires two to three years of job-related experience with a high school education, or one year of job-related experience with an associate degree- Experience working in a professional services work environment is preferred- Requires intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel, and a basic knowledge of Power Point- Ability to provide clear and concise verbal and written communication skills- Maintain a positive attitude- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize many projects simultaneously under pressure and time deadlines- Ability to be flexible with schedule to meet workflow demandsCarly Seidl, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process.
