Your Role:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Record and analyze session data accurately with electronic devices.
- Serve as a key member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
- Collaborate with families and other providers to maximize treatment effectiveness.
- Foster a supportive, positive learning environment for children.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for helping others. ABA therapy experience is highly valued but not required.
- Skills: Patience, empathy, and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
Need to Know:
- Services are delivered in clients' homes or community locations.
- Start part-time, with a commitment to completing the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course if you’re new to ABA.
