Your Role:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
• Record and analyze session data accurately with electronic devices.
• Serve as a key member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for helping others. ABA therapy experience is highly valued but not required.
• Skills: Patience, empathy, and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

Need to Know:

• Services are delivered in clients' homes or community locations.
• Start part-time, with a commitment to completing the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course if you’re new to ABA.
