You will support the Strategy and Business Development Manager in developing and implementing a global driving experiences strategy that will grow the business, attract new customers, and strengthen the Ford brand.

As the Experience Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing defined experience pathways and the future experiences cycle plan. You will be responsible for evaluating new programs, ensuring that all experiences reflect our brand values and objectives. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and a role model of Our Ford+ Behaviors – Focus, Excellence, and Collaboration.
This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days in Allen Park, MI.
What you'll do…
+ Development of defined experience pathways.
+ Experience location/vendor strategy.
+ Customer desirability research/integration.
+ Future experiences cycle planning.
+ Experience VOC feedback to Product teams/Cycle Planning.
+ Ensure strategy reflects Ford Performance brand values and objectives.
+ Ancillary revenue strategy related to experiences.
+ Instructor Pool Structure and Strategy + Fleet Management Strategy.
You'll have…
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy/Marketing, or a related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in (Strategy, Business Development, Event planning etc.).
Even better, you may have…
+ Master’s of Business Administration (MBA).
+ Strong problem solving/analytical skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
+ Passion for motorsports and understanding of the industry is preferred.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Excellent communication and relationship skills, putting the customer first.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving products.
+ Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to requested schedules as needed.
+ Experience developing customer-centric strategies to generate revenue.
