Expense Reporting Specialist- 100% Remote

About the Company & Overview of the Expense Reporting Specialist Role:

• CFS is partnering with a repeat client to a Expense Reporting Specialist to assist with a high volume of expense reports on a direct hire basis
• Schedule: 9-5 M-F. Position is 100% remote for candidates local to the East Coast
  • Company is based in Hunt Valley, Maryland
• Reports to the Controller
• Salary: $52,000-58,000 depending on experience with a potential for bonus

• Review and approve a high volume complex expense reports for company's 750 employees
• Process up to 200 expense reports weekly
• Investigate and research reports effectively
• Work with Project Managers and other employees to find discrepancies and make corrections

Qualifications for the Expense Reporting Specialist Role:

• Associates degree a plus, but not required
• 1+ years' expense reporting experience required
• Great attention to detail, ability to take direction, analytical
• Great people skills
• Must be okay sitting at a desk all day doing tedious expense reporting work
• Experience using Unanet helpful, but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
