Expediter/ food runner
We are seeking a passionate professional expediter for an upscale breakfast, lunch and brunch restaurant. We are in the "Happy People Business" and serve guests from all over the globe. If you love people, love to serve guests and are a quick learner, this may be the opportunity for you. Our hours of operation are 8-3 P.M. 7 days a week. You should be able to:
Pleasantly greet guests
Interact with kitchen & service staff in a pleasant manner
Make sure food is promptly served to correct tables in the right order
Relay special orders to cooks
Finish plates properly per specification
Be able to explain dishes to guest
Maintain clean orderly work space
Ensure guests have a great experience
Other duties as assigned
