Expanded Learning Program Coordinator (Glenview) - Bay Area Community Resources

We are seeking a committed and passionate After School Program Coordinator to design a program that includes academic, enrichment and physical activities at Glenview Elementary.

• Pay rate: $29 per hour DOE
• Full Time: 40 hours per week (Typical work hours are from 9:30 am - 6:30 pm)

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years experience in a K-12 setting or other youth lead program
• 1 year experience as a supervisor and proven ability to lead a team
• Available Monday through Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
• Must have an (a) Associate Degree or higher, or (b) 48 or more college units, or (c) High School Diploma or GED and pass Instructional Aide exam
• Must have a negative TB clearance
• Must pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation, supervision, and safety of the program at the school site
• Meeting agency and district recording requirements: attendance, payroll, and compliance
• Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
• Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom, the campus, and your team
• Coaching and mentoring of staff
