This entry-level dentistry position earns a competitive wage of $17.00 - $25.00/hour. DAILY LIFE FOR A EXPANDED FUNCTION DENTAL ASSISTANT
As an entry-level Expanded Function Dental Assistant, you spend your days learning and developing the skills needed for a long-term career in dentistry. Your kindness and respect are evident in your interactions with patients, doctors, and coworkers alike.
Assisting our dentists as they provide care to patients, you complete tasks promptly and efficiently. You've learned to anticipate treatment needs and optimize our doctors' efficiency. Additionally, you perform lab work and update patient files as needed. At the end of each appointment, you educate patients on maintaining their dental hygiene at home and offer oral health tips.
Your enthusiasm for learning and pride in being a critical member of the team is evident in your daily work. You love helping our clients maintain their beautiful smiles!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A EXPANDED FUNCTION DENTAL ASSISTANT
- X-ray certification
- Ability to travel between our North Hills and Gibsonia offices
Related experience would be preferred, but we are open to hiring recent graduates.
