Job Title: Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive phases I-III cardiac rehabilitation services.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized exercise prescriptions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust programs as necessary.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and heart health.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Certification in cardiac rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and cardiac conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
