About the Job

Vaco Boston is currently partnered with a leading essential business solutions company in the Marlborough area. The hiring team is looking to hire a proven Executive Assistant to support a C-Level Executive. This would be a Hybrid Schedule and would be heavily project based along with typical executive support duties. The hiring manager would be interested in seeing resumes out of construction, manufacturing, supply chain or similar project based environments. This role is paying competitively for the right candidate. Please reach out for immediate consideration. The manager is reviewing resumes as early as this afternoon and setting up interviews ASAP.

A few highlights of the position:

Responsible for providing support to C-Level Executive as well as team of project managers, maintaining project schedules, preparing project documents, monitoring project progress, and managing project communications.
Organizing and attending project meetings, tracking project purchases and deliverables, and providing project administrative assistance.
Maintain busy schedule and calendar management for C-Level Executive
Ad-hoc projects to support project completion
Expense reporting

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
