Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine – French Restaurant
$90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:
The Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine will manage and develop the kitchen staff, ensure consistent quality and presentation of food. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Supervise, train, and coach kitchen staff
- Manage food production, quality, and presentation
- Uphold standard operations procedures to ensure quality, safety and sanitation
- Support the Executive Chef with scheduling, ordering, inventory
- Other duties as dictated by Executive Chef in order to run smooth operations
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine for a $3M+ upscale-casual French restaurant
- Experience in running smooth kitchen operations to consistently produce high quality food
- Display strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to lead, motivate and develop teams
- Local candidates preferred, but open to relocation candidates who have recent experience in a FRENCH restaurant - Not accepting out of country or visa candidates at this time
