Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu development and kitchen management.
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff performance.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in upscale dining.
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and culinary techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
