Minimum Education:
- No preferred level of education.
Work Experience:
- No minimum required; knowledge of office functions is a plus.
Job Duties:
- Ordering department supplies.
- Submitting Work Orders.
- Data Entry into Excel Tracking sheets.
- Taking Meeting Minutes.
- Paper and electronic filing of documents and records.
- Scheduling meetings.
- General clerical support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Misc. Information:
- Office Hours: 8 am - 4 pm; Monday to Friday.
- Parking: Free parking available at the location.
- Public Transportation: Easily accessible via Loop Bus.
