Minimum Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment.
Job Duties:
- Answer telephones and direct calls appropriately.
- Input data on the computer, including case intake and closure information.
- Review forms for accuracy or appropriateness, such as closed case review, QA technical review, CE orders, and voucher approval.
- Pick up and distribute material to various areas, including case folders, mail, and printer output.
- Scan documents into electronic case folders and perform copying or faxing tasks as directed.
- Assemble case folders, including the conversion of electronic cases to paper folders.
- Perform other clerical duties as directed by the supervisor.

- Professional attitude and ability to interact appropriately with supervisors and co-workers.
- Flexibility in providing coverage among various clerical functions.
- Facility with computers and proficiency in working with different programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proper handling and protection of confidential materials.
Misc. Information:
- Day shift positions, Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day, with a maximum of 40 hours/week.
- Company does not provide parking.
- Interviews will be conducted using in person or online based on the availability.
- Training will be provided.
