We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales representative to establish a client base for two exciting new health and wellness products that will soon be sold to employers and directly to consumers. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about employee wellness, the power of eating healthy, and improving lifestyle habits. They will also be a self-starter who is excited to chart new territory and possesses exceptional sales skills.
In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing and work within California to identify, segment, and target employers as prospects. You will cultivate relationships with prospects to create a client base for our new Health and Wellness benefit products. You will gather leads from established business relationships, set appointments, assess client’s or prospect’s needs to present the best solutions, and spend your time in the field closing business. Prior sales experience (in software, app, or similar) and a proven track record of success is required. You will also need to establish your own Customer Relationship Management tool when you onboard for this role so strong CRM experience is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Learn and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our full line of products including features, benefits, pricing, intended use, value proposition, and competitive position in order to effectively identify and serve clients.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with appropriate level personnel and/or decision makers. Document the buying process and insights about the purchase cycle.
- Establish and grow customer base to meet annual sales goals by identifying and understanding client business needs and the value provided by our solutions; regularly contacting and meeting with customers, remaining informed of their business needs, and promoting the value provided by our products
- Serve as liaison between Willow and prospects/clients providing exceptional service that maintains or increases customer satisfaction level
- Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. You will work independently within your assigned geography to identify prospects, establish relationships, win business, and reach sales goals.
- Turn Prospects into loyal clients and advocates. You will implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers to build a network and capture new business.
- Collaborate with Marketing. You will serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ambassador to your clients, internal marketing team, and overall network while demonstrating resilience under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
- In addition to sales, you will perform all other sales operations tasks required and assist with customer service aspects related to your client base with support from cross-functional team members such as software, quality assurance, product design, marketing, finance, etc.

Qualifications and Experience
- College degree, in science, engineering, fitness/health/wellness, or related
- 5+ years of prior work experience in selling software, apps, or other relevant products
- Prior quota-carrying experience
- Ability to successfully build a network and effectively leverage marketing tools for sales
- Ability to function independently without any other sales team members nor sales leadership to assist you
- Bonus qualifications: certified diabetes care and education specialist, registered dietitian, nurse, pharmacist, chef, etc.
Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works in an office environment or in the field with clients. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary; therefore, the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
