Sales Administrator
We have a supa new role within our sales team for an experienced sales administrator who thrives working in a fast- paced environment. As part of this role you’ll provide invaluable support to our Sales Director and wider sales team. In joining our positive, passionate and dynamic team, you’ll be surrounded Sales professionals who bring their A game to work every day, love to win and have a lot of fun! You will have the opportunity to work Supa closely with our Director of Sales and get to study under one of the most experienced Director of Sales in the industry.

What you’ll do

Provide exceptional sales administration to our amazing Sales Director Generate, maintain and analyze sales reports

Prepare presentations for the sales team to use internally and externally

Provide system and sales training

Coordinate sales-related events, meetings and conferences. Including logistics, event budget and follow up

Data admin in HubSpot and keeping things accurate and up to date.

Collaborate cross functionally with key stakeholders and act as go between for Sales team and other teams at Supacolor.

You’ve worked in a similar role and have proven sales admin experience, a passion for all things sales & understanding of sales performance metrics. You’re also:

Supa organized, great attention to detail & outstanding multi-tasking skills

A Team player who loves to be part of a team that loves to win.

An excellent communicator, with great interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effective with team members and stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in HubSpot, Microsoft Office suite and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.

An expert when it comes to creating sales reports

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

An excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills. Build relationships is one of your strengths
