EXECUTIVE RECRUITER    

Goede Premier Recruitment (GPR) recruits in the Security, AV & Engineering industries. We are currently looking to expand our business and are looking for a full-time executive recruiter (in any industry) with 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting.  This is a full-time, long-term career opportunity, offering the ability for the successful candidate to take control of their professional and financial future.  GPR is an established firm with a solid fiscal position. Base salary along with generous commission, incentive plans, monthly and year-end bonus programs.  This is an office-based position but could be remote for the right person if based in St. Louis.  Goede Premier Recruitment is part of one of the world’s largest executive search firms, MRINetwork, and has over 300 worldwide offices.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using jobs boards, social media and other recruitment tools.
• Interface with various groups to support our recruiting efforts.
• Coordinate information for market and search activity.
• Perform all on boarding activities for candidates once an offer is submitted.

 Requirements

• 1-2 years verifiable recruiting experience. 
• No job hoppers-stable work background required.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and customer service skills required.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
