We are expanding and in search of another Executive Recruiter and Recruiting Search Associate to add to our team.

Responsibilities:
- *Must live within 12 miles of the office to apply*
- Make the most of 100 weekly sales conversations with executives and potential candidates
- Proactively build relationships with professionals in the industry; making you the go to person when the time is right to make a career change
- Generate additional business opportunities and candidates through referrals
- Become an expert who understands specific industry niches and their challenges, giving you the ability to show industry executives how we can help them attract the talent they need in a competitive market
Requirements + Qualifications:
- References that verify proven successful sales track record of exceeding goals wherever you go, motivation, and solid work ethic
- Demonstrated ability/desire to perform in a high pressure, fast growth entrepreneurial company environment where change is the rule, not the exception
- Technically savvy. Must be familiar with internet searches.
- Able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute (We use email and CRM ALL DAY!)
